RR TG
The TG is an electronic component racking system that optimizes the installation, and performance of audiophile electronics. The meticulous design of the TG represents a genuine evolution of component rack design and a redefinition of what is possible.
The TG’s meticulous machined aluminum design sidesteps the many penalties of excessive unsupported mass typical of flat panel construction with suboptimal part geometries.
Engineered as a Unitized Structure with Mass Optimized Geometries it behaves like a single object. With innovative connection points the TG mechanically grounds vibration away from the component’s Sweet Spot restricting it’s transfer to a suspended gantry rail.

The TG’s unique design minimizes mass while providing high strength construction to support electronic components. Its design is similar to engineered structures like a bridge that when assembled behaves as a unitized single object. On top of this bridge rides a ‘Component Sweet Spot’ that is separated by a unique constrained layer assembly.
The TG’s engineering innovations and functionality surpasses the products of the best-known high-tech luxury brands. Similarly, the TG had to have detailed refined aesthetics that would guarantee pride of ownership for buyers and ensure that it’d be a standout in the market segment.
The development of the TG began by analyzing the challenges of installing complex audio systems and how it could be optimized. This process led to a list of design & engineering possibilities that was worked through over several years to develop innovative design solutions.
INNOVATIONS:
Gantry Rail & Platforms (GRP)
The GRP assembly is adjustable to accommodate a component up to 22.75” wide and 22” deep. The Gantry Rail is installed under tension which makes a rigid connection and an effective path for vibration to escape through and toward the larger mass of the Stanchions.
The GRP carries a unique weight adjustable constrained layer section. We use an engineered isolator that is easily configured based on the weight of the components to achieve the best possible results.
The Top Platform completes the last layer of the isolation system. With the Top Platforms in direct contact with your components and so thoroughly isolated from vibrations the properties of the material used in the Top Platform affects the behavior of your components including a path for any electronics self-made vibration energy to escape.
There are several schools of thought about what materials are preferred to work alongside audiophile components, so we offer a variety of options to suit personal preference. * The Top Platform material options are brass, carbon fiber, tone woods, and hardwoods.
The Shelves connect to Stanchions in a machined slot, locking them together. Height adjustments use a load distributed Locating Block & machined indents that allow for vertical adjustments every 1/2”. This makes for aesthetic orderliness and best use of real estate. The Shelves are cantilevered 4.5” in front of the stanchions to optimize component visibility of premium electronics
The Stanchions are thoughtfully engineered from solid blocks of hardened aluminum with unique features & new levels of functionality.
The Integrated Leveling System’s simple design provides the shortest reach hardware to eliminate instability that is typical of other designs. The TG uses a heavy-duty ball nose bolt that protrudes only 3/32” into an integrated low-profile footer for superior stability.
Accessing the leveling hardware is also unique in that it is easily accessible through machined pocket that is positioned above the Footer in the face of the Stanchion as compared to other designs that are on the bottom of the Stanchion where it is difficult to access and not visible. This feature was part of the detailed machining of the Stanchion and was made sure to be not only functional but aesthetically appealing.
All of this precision machined geometry of the Stanchions is great to look at but it’s hidden by a magnetically attached Leg Cap.* The Leg Caps are overall the most prominent exposed surface area of the TG when it’s loaded with gear and why we offer both aluminum and hardwood options to best complement a home setting's aesthetic.
One of the biggest challenges of installing a high-end system is the large number of cables that are often unwieldy, too long, and needing to remain separated by power lines or signal lines. The TG innovation is the Cable Deck. This highly versatile CD design easily adjustable distance behind components for directing and bundling of all types of cables. Its very stout construction provides a usable surface for other items. Now one of the toughest jobs of managing cables is made easy and orderly.
-One of the priorities was to develop a system that would manage the large collection of cabling associated with these types of systems. The result was the Cable Deck (CD). The CD allows for cable anchoring and bundling to control unwieldy oversized cables, and to separate power cables from line level cables. It also provides a surface to add on components and is moveable to position at the optimal distance from components rear panels.
